Player Skills Window and more

I've had some time to think about how we reintroduce the skills window, and I'm happy to say it's almost ready.

almost 2000 lines of code, but we've rebuilt the SwgCuiSkills.cpp. There are still a few bits to refine and get right, but I'm confident we can get it right.

To access the skills windows, we've remapped the P key to open the windows (booo so long profession wheel)
I do need to make a TODO list and stop my tangents :)

Anyway, I will finish the character creation. I just need to check that attributes are being set and used correctly. I've added the old HAM bars back (another thing to finish)
I also need to get the skill training sorted. But that should be easy enough.

I do have one question. I've removed all the class_ and expertise_ skills, but what are your thoughts on the chronicler skills?
