IN PROGRESS : unable to surrender skills

[OPEN] Skill window: not able to surrender skills

Severity: Major
Description:
When surrendering skill, players are unable to confirm skill surrender. Pressing OK does nothing
Steps to Reproduce:
1. open skill windows (p)
2. Select Skill
3. Click surrender, adn ok
4. Nothing happens
Expected Behaviour:
The skill should be revoked, and the skill points returned to the pool
Actual Behaviour:
Skill is not surrendered, no points are returned
