[OPEN] Atrributes on summary page: not showing correctly

Description:
When creating a character, the summary page does not show the correct attributes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start a new character
2. Customise the character
3. Check attributes in the summary page against the skills page
Expected Behaviour:
The attributes should be the same
Actual Behaviour:
The summary page shows what looks like default values, so the attributes are not loading
